For ethnic hair, I would recommend Cream of Nature. For caucasion hair I would recommend Ion. Both can be bought at Sallys Beauty Supply.

Use neither! Both are going to have a high PH level which will eventually break the hair off. If you want a good shampoo that will strengthen your hair, try Redken's EXTREME line or Biolage's FORTIFYING line.
