Creme of Nature Extra Body Conditioning Shampoo Is it good.??

Which creme of nature is good?? for strong beautiful hair.

CREME OF NATURE or Pantene Pro-V Relaxed/Natural which one is best?? any experiences.Creme of Nature Extra Body Conditioning Shampoo Is it good.??
I like the Pantene Pro-V relaxed shampoo and conditioner. But the shampoo (protein rich) does have a lot of buildup so be sure to use a clarifying shampoo every once in a while so you keep the shiny, bouncy effect it gives your hair. I'm not sure which creme of nature is the best but I know a lot of people like them as a moisturizing shampoo.Creme of Nature Extra Body Conditioning Shampoo Is it good.??
Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed %26amp; remove all frizz I promise.

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
Either of those shampoos is good, but it would depend too on what else you would do to your hair...

My hair is very thick - I let it air dry by tying it down with a scarf and then I blow dry it straight on low heat. I use the entire line of Pantene Relaxed %26amp; Natural products, and my hair comes out beautifully.
I've used almost every shampoo out there and the one I use now is Dove Mosturizing, or the Dove line of shampoo and conditioner (what a surprise that is). I love the smell of it too. I still sometimes use the creme of nature ultra moist shampoo in the white bottle with yellow cap and green writing, because it leaves my hair super soft, I just don't like how it smells.

I didn't like Pro V at all, even their line for relaxed/natural hair didn't do me right. It always left my hair too knotty and hard to comb. I have mixed hair (mexican and black) so my hair stays pretty dry and always needs moisture. I also use relaxers sometimes so it has its moments of getting to dry.

I just heard one of my friends talking about Keri Care. Its expensive but hear it works great but like I said its a bit expensive, well for me.

Also try combing your hair while in the shower with a wide tooth pic or comb when you put the conditioner in. That helps me a lot as well, when I don't do that I wind up coming out of the shower with many knots, naps and tangles.
