What is the best shampoo and creme rinse to use in hard water?

I have baby fine hair and I used to live in a house that had well water and my hair was awesome! It had bounce and fullness. I hardly had to use any shampoo, in fact I watered it down, when I washed my hair in well water!





Now I live in a home that has hard water. I've tried EC Mode and Malibu hair products and now nothing seems to work. My hair has absolutely NO volume and is drier than dry. I HATE IT.





I just wondered if anyone had success finding hair products that worked with hard water???
