my hair arent very thick and i live in a hot climate do tell me wht to use to make my hair betterWhich is the best shampoo for hair and tell me something about how do i take care of my health?
If you live in a hot climate, the shampoo is not as important as the conditioner. You should wash your hair every other day, but make sure to use conditioner. There are many good conditioners out there. Biolage is a great brand. They make conditioners for every hair type. You just have to read the bottle.Which is the best shampoo for hair and tell me something about how do i take care of my health?
my hair sucks too..but i really dont think the shampoo and conditioner can help it much, but i use pantene prov for died hair conditioner, and head and sholders, i dont have dandruff but it cleans the hair very good and garnea frutise XXL volume to style it..also if its in bad health i use hot oil treatments..
Shave your hair. At that point you won't need to throw money on expensive haircare when your hair is not good enough to show it in public.
I think I can relate to you because I also live in a hot climate, what I do is I refrain from using a lot of shampoo for my hair, because in a hot climate like ours, the tendency is that the water is also hot which can damage the hair so if you add up more chemicals, but what I do is that I tend to stock water in a big container and let it cool down, because never use hot water when bathing your hair, it will make it dry and brittle. second try to use shampoo evry other day or the less of it the betterm the hair needs condition, so better indulge in conditioner not in shampoos.. but if you were asking for products, i can say use shwvarskopf products. also you can use the pantene, sunsilk, loreal. my advice is try using different products and don't just stick into one. This is because some products contain ingredients that are not included in the other product and they say that when you switch and switch to different products, the more you will see the effects...

With regards to diet, the best way is drink a lot of water and exercise regularly, this reason the blood circulates properly and the oxygen is distibuted properly...
John Frieda shampoos are very good (if a little expensive), there are versions for blonds, brunettes and redheads, so one of these is bound to suit your hair. Also try rinsing off with cold water just before you get out of the shower (never use very hot water on our hair anyway) and don't use blow dryers, straighteners or any other hot hair thing without applying a protective spray first.
I don't recommend head and shoulders to be honest with you. I go to the salons and buy Redken shampoo. There's different kinds for different hair. I like the Redken All Soft. It costs a little more but you use alot less than the cheaper shampoos. My daughters both told me about it. What a difference it has made on my hair! Before my hair was always on the dry fly-away side, now it's soft and healthy and shiney all the time. Just ask the salon lady which one is right for your hair. My daughters and I all use the All Soft and we all have different hair.
use loreal elvive or dove these shampoos keep hair soft and shiny all day long.
